for a mcdonald’s, it’s extremely under par. i struggle to understand what change in management means you must wait in a bay for three saver menu burgers. on top of that, i haven’t received a dip in the last 10+ orders regardless of if i order one, or am supposed to get one with the nuggets i order. ultimately, this is poor and it makes the drive to antrim mcdonald’s from ballymena more worth it in the end.

Genuinely the worst service ever . For a while now I have been seeing Ballymena McDonald's going down hill.It started with always seeming to get a number at the drive through and waiting to long for food only to get the wrong order. Also recently my daughter and I ordered food at the drive through they passed us out the bag of food that I gave to my daughter She rested it on her knee. As we drive off she lifted it only to find her leggings soaked in cooking oil . I Did try to ring and complain X3 times u can't get through to anyone emails etc they make it very hard to do so. JUST this morning

The only reason im marking it down is because of the car park. We got blocked in by a huge queue that had accumulated for the drive thrgh, an absolute nightmare. They really need someone in the car park to sort out the traffic. Very clear signs telling you how to get out of the car park wld help too esp when it is SO chaotic anyway. I wld avoid at all costs in future. The Bangor branch is similar too. The drive thrgh's seem to be creating havoc.

Just had a McDonald with my mum it was very busy and there was no tables the staff in the floor couldn’t be any nicer or helpful one came with a seat for my mum and when a table free cleaned it and helped us the the seat would recommend the floor staff
