McDonald's staff is behaving badly day by day. They don't care about the customers. I • was standing in line for 20 minutes to place a food order. I saw that no one was packing the food. I had the worst experience of my life from this restaurant. I ordered mc delivery through the mc donald app, the order was made here, when I opened the big mac to check if all the customised ingredients was right I find out that my burger patty was evidently bitten, im very disappointed and disgusted by this.

I am delivery driver, I went to pick up the order today morning around 7 ( I m mentioning the time so that all the staff including managers can know who was working as i don’t know her name) , i just said Hello as a greetings and she replied “ CAN YOU SEE I M DOING SOMETHING” , then she started misbehaving and at the end asked me to cancel the order m not gonna give you , I hope all the staff and managers is gonna teach her a manner to talk with someone as she is working in a hospitality field just not to get bad reviews of your customers, may be her husband or parents or children not treatin

This Macdonald's restaurant needs more touch screen self-service points. And the ones they have almost never provide a receipt: really poor. I got a discounted deal with a voucher code. Customised with extra lettuce & onion to increase nutritional value & omitted 'Big Mac' sauce. A pity McDonald's don't do wholemeal buns as an alternative.
