Food is good and hot. However, multiple times I’ve been asked to pull to next window to wait for my food, and they have forgotten about us for over 20 minutes.

Me and my partner ordered a meal last night as we got home to enjoy our food to find out that a burger was missing and what looks as though my big mac was thrown together by a 6year old no care whats so ever. I gave them a call to complain about this matter which the lady on the phone was kind of helpful by telling us that we could call back that night or give us a code to call back another time to replace the full meal. Me and my partner have come in the following night to receive our meals to be talked too with an attitude and to cover only 2 meals not the full meal as they stated. One thin

I went with my family today and the drive through service was terrible around 7 cars went through on line of the speakers and our line stayed still that whole time as there was no operator speaking. Another complaint I have is everytime we've ordered a mcdonald's the staff never put sauce inside the bag and we always order 3 sauces but are never put in.The woman who served us at the window was also very rude to my mum urging her to move on when she was just trying to ask for her sauces

How actually embarrassing it must be to say I work for McDonald's. Considering it's staff who are paid to do the absolute horrendous service they provide the customers. Your job is to read and order and package it up. What the customer has paid for. An send it out. Like if the staff are incapable of ensuring the order is complete like they are in the wrong job. Like how can staff be proud of their work when they consistently in every store I've been to nearly every single time on a online order miss items or send food cold. I just find it hard to believe consumers are expected to put up with t
