Staff seemed irritated when asked about vegan food/cake/coffee the options that were available are still awful they don't even have flora equivalent for a teacake! The disabled loo is still just as bad as before (no mirror, red cord is in the corner behind the toilet and a dirty floor), but now has several wobbly grab rails! Not safe to pull up on! Staff has changed, and so has my review Since the last review was typed my coffee order has been wrong multiple times, I have been misgendered, and then today my wheelchair was grabbe
