Lovely service from Sarah today, only issue was that I was needing to use the toilet and I ask for the accessible toilet to be open because was closed, Ryan the staff that was at the bar at that moment was very rude, rolling his eyes and said that have to be closed, as GK policy accessible toilets have to be open at all times but he refused, everything could have been perfectly fine except from him , if he doesn’t know GK policies he shouldn’t be working, apart from his bad attitude I had a good time, again good shout to Sarah 🤩⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ good example of how should be a good service and exper
