I don’t usually leave reviews - but everytime I go to this Burger King the is really hot, fresh and pretty tasty - it is the best at food for a miles - most BK’s just taste rushed with tepid fries. The service is average as it is predominately younger staff that look like first jobs - so far enough. We all have to learn. Kiosks are hit and miss with codes but I’ve personally never had an issue with them then not putting it through the till - I think they refuse when they get “stuck” but someone always sorts it! Mention to Morgan - very polite and friendly and happy to help. Overall- average at

I ordered 9 piece burger meal and received just 3 burgers. The uber support refused to refund. I tried contacting Burger store and they don’t pick up the call. I lost my money and there is no resolution.

Service was very slow especially considering there were no more than 4 tables of people in and 2 people waiting at the kiosk, but the staff moved even slower. Floor was disgusting, though someone was sweeping when in there it was obvious it hadn't been done for hours. Food was good but burger king is always a safe bet.

Just came as a walk in and wanted to order using bk rewards. The terminal was not accepting my reward qr code so went to the counter to place my order. I was then told by a girl called Caitlin that they cannot place my order at the counter and I have to do it by the kiosk. So I tried the kiosk again and it literally said "unable to place the order at kiosk. Place order at counter". I then went back to to show her what the kiosk says and she still refused to serve me there and kept dismising me and saying that I need to order at the kiosk. I then told her that I know that they can take payments
