Well, it's one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been in. Tables had not been cleared or cleaned from the burger service. Dirty floor, hand dryer not working, toilet paper all over the floor. Staff member entered the toilet, his personal hygiene was not good. There were no customers in the restaurant when we arrived, the staff definitely need to improve on the cleanliness.

Came at 4pm today, hardly any drive thru queue, but for some reason it didn't move for about 10 mins, waited at the ordering point forever to be told they didn't have any small waters left for happy meals and they can't sub for normal size water, hardly any other drink options so just said to not bother with a drink but apparently I'm not allowed to do that either! 🤣 the teenage behind the speaker/counter was about as helpful as a chocolate teapot! Won't be driving back through there any time soon!

Hengrove delivery center, Can't really rate as never seems to get delivered, mcdonald's keeps passing buck to uber eats who then pass buck back and it took a month to get a refund when THEY cancelled my order as they couldn't be bothered to deliver, not allowed to collect, nearest restaurant is a large trek away as we don't drive, but ironically trying to order to our nearest restaurant, gets us to the delivery kitchen, which is actually a relatively short walk away. If we could pick up from there we would! But for ridiculous reasons we aren't allowed.

Worst mcdonalds in the country by far, recipt machines have been working for over a week, drive through closed or queues round the block, waits of 30min to get order, have even had my order lost. Absolute chaos every time ive been.
