Always busy, can never get parked due to just eat drivers or uber eats drivers. Never “FAST” food, you always get sent to a parking bay to wait after waiting ages in the drive through. 9 times out of 10 get your order wrong or missing items. Photo attached is just from today’s example… ordered garlic and pepper nugget share box but received original nugget inside a supposedly checked box.

Absolutely shocking. Missed item from order in drive thru, went back through and they still forgot to put it in the right bag. Had to go into the store where I asked for 2 fresh hash browns as they were cold, they put the missing item in and FORGOT the hash browns. Don’t understand how you can get it so wrong

Received someone else’s order through just eat so currently having my dealings with them as well. However, upon calling the restaurant to inform them of their mess up both myself and the delivery driver got blamed despite having the correct receipt just the entirely wrong food in the bag that can’t even be eaten due to allergies. Whilst it’s not great that we haven’t received our food, the attitude from the woman on the phone blaming myself, the customer, “are you sure you put your order through correctly” to then blaming the the driver “he’s picked up the wrong bag”. I’m not even the type to complain but some of the staff here on the drive thru tonight were very ill mannered. I understand people have stuff going on, maybe are shy, or maybe very tired too but there is no reason to not say please and thank you and not interact with customers, to just stay entirely silent and not say a word and just hand the food over, is really unpleasant.
