I visited this Chinese restaurant in Brighton and had a really enjoyable meal. I ordered the Singapore fried vermicelli with mixed seafood along with a sizzling dish. I was on my way past having a pretty bad day and I've really wanted to get some Hunan food in me because I've never had it before. I'm happy to report that this place is tremendous and it's turned it into the best day ever. The waitress recommended their new braised pork and broccoli special and hooked me up with chicken thighs on the house. The first thing that arrived was the hot and sour soup and it was the first of many heavy hitters that showed up on my table.
