I can’t say more positive things about this Costa. The staff go above and beyond to ensure their guests (even the tiny) ones are happy. It’s a chain restaurant but with the staff of an independent. Would recommend.

I pop with my family for cup of coffee we want to seat inside, it was 5 o’clock - Costa close at 6 , we didn’t been asked if we want take away , when I told barista we want to seat in she said that we can drink inside but she did in take away paper cups , unbelievable- clearly I want to drink nice cup of coffee in glass mug no take away paper cup and clearly I wasn’t happy but she didn’t give me a choice- looks like staff don’t want to have much job after close. Not recommend!

Absolutely nothing wrong with this Costa :) friendly staff and a good cup of coffee. Very generous sizing. Ordered a medium and it was laaarge which obviously is a good thing as I know now to go with small next time. Got there around 8:30 on a Tuesday, not a long wait and got my coffee. The place was relatively empty as everyone was coming in for the coffee on the go. Clean toilets and plenty of seating. Went past again around 10am and it was looking much busier, but still had plenty of seating available.
