My daughter have been coming to this mcdonalds for the last few weeks now after her gymnastics. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Today I somehow managed to order two happy meals on the app by mistake. The manager refunded one for me straight away. When the server brought the food to the table, it turns out as the order had gone through they brought both happy meals. They gave us the option of having the second one rather then throwing it away. You cant beat free food or that kind of service, as they could have given it to the staff. We even got both toys. My daughter was very happy.

The first time I have been to this restaurant. The Manager clearly runs a smooth ship, and others should take note. The food was honestly the freshest we have ever had. The bun was as soft as a cloud! Well cooked and hot!! The lady on the till was very professional and polite. The lady who carried our food to table was polite, the gentleman who asked if he could clear our table was very courteous and friendly and obviously enjoyed his job. Toilet facilities were spotless. I honestly can not complain about this establishment.

I ordered a pickup online which is supposed to be quicker than ordering at the restaurant . It wasn’t. I was asked to wait at the window of doom so I knew there would be a delay . I just didn’t expect 6 other customers to get their food ahead of me . The Big Mac had clearly been sitting around waiting for the rest of my order - it wasn’t even luke warm . The milkshake was just foam with absolutely no discernible flavour , chicken nuggets tasted stale and the dip I ordered was missing . Waiting around for preordered food that arrives cold isn’t something I’ll be repeating . I can see now why ot

Ordered on app, wouldn't accept the order when my son went to collect had to come back and get my phone. After paying for order and giving code still wouldn't go through. He had to re order,chips were half full and luke warm
