We come here on a regular basis because of the warm atmosphere but on several occasions whilst waiting to order we noticed people sitting by the tables playing on their phones not eating or drinking and still there when we leave. Thank s is not fair to paying customers wanting to sit and relax enjoying a cup of coffee and something to eat. In fact today one of three youngsters with his feet on the table not drinking or eating for the hole time we were there

A great place to enjoy a good cup of coffee...in the outside of the Caffé. It would be lovely that they provide some benches in the sidewalk or even some trash bins. The coffee is good and the quality of the pastries are excellent. The portions size are fine but it is a little bit pricey.

Quaint little coffee shop with an industrial feel and decor with open fire place, albeit not a working one, still gives that comfort feel. Nice relaxing atmosphere and furniture sets this place off lovely. Friendly polite staff and good service. Had a pigs under blankets panini followed by a chocolate and pistachio mousse cake which was very nice, washed down with a fresh espresso 😁😎, Highly Recommend . Didn’t take any photos unfortunately as was too busy chopsing 😂.. Free WiFi

First class coffee and very friendly and welcoming staff. Edit. I've just visited again having not been for a while. The shop was busy but th staff member who served me (the manager) remembered my usual drink. First class service. With out doubt the best Caffè Nero in Cambridge and the best team of Nero staff I've ever met in my UK travels. Thank you Tom and your team.
