Orders are regularly wrong, food is cold, even have a large fries with half the contents missing not worth the money if I'm getting half the food and dangerous for a type 1 diabetic to have something be less than I have taken my insulin for. Shocking place to eat from.

Today I bought 5 hot chocolates from McDonald’s, but unfortunately they tasted like plain hot water with no chocolate flavor at all. Very disappointing experience, especially after ordering so many. I hope the staff can improve the quality and check drinks properly before serving customers.

I had a very concerning experience during my recent visit. A staff member named Aisha interacted with my son in a way that I found completely unacceptable. My son politely asked if he could have an additional toy, and the way she responded was unnecessarily harsh and aggressive. Instead of handling the situation calmly and kindly as you would expect when dealing with children she spoke to him in a dismissive and intimidating manner, saying he already had a toy. As a parent, I found this deeply upsetting. I approached her to address the situation, but unfortunately, her attitude did not improv

Staff were absolutely amazing. Never been treated like that in a mcdonalds. I had my Toddler with me and I was about to take our food to the table and the man behind the till took it for us, he was amazing. Truly didnt expect that. Then when we went to the toilet, the lady opened the radar key toilet for us, was happy using the other one but she went above and beyond for us. Really surprised about the service.
