Placed order at drive thru and as we proceeded to pay noticed they got the order wrong so when we arrived at the payment window we asked to change the order. The operator whose name is Thisu rejected our request to change the order even though the error was in their part when taking the order and we hadn’t even paid. I felt she was deliberately being awkward. After we had paid we proceeded to the final window only to be told to wait in the carpark. The guy bought our order out and lo and behold the order was missing items. Why can’t people do their job correctly and just check order is correct

I was in Sutton common for a work, when I searched near by eats I could find McDonalds . So gone to there. Large parking space available for thier own . Big outlets with good ambience, ordered 1 Large Hat Trick meal, 1 Large fries and 1 large banana shake and fries was not up to the mark, burger was tasty . Everything tastes very good and it was delicious. But the quantity of the nanna milk shake was less. Toilet facilities are there neat and clean . Kids friendly,there is some puzzle games for kids and large seat capacity is there. And some gift vouchers you can find on the fries box .

It’s Maccies it is what it is. However, every time I’ve used the drive thru for the last year I get told to wait in the car park. What’s the point of a drive through then? Even if I order something trivially small or even use the app to order before I get there it’s the same thing. I can understand when it’s busy etc but I don’t understand how McDonald’s can’t make a cheeseburger (the burger that the company was built on) in the time it takes to order and drive through like it has done for every other year of its existence.

Always go to this mcdonalds seems to be the most consistently good one ive been to! Felt like i had to make a review this time, my cars battery had died and a v friendly staff member and the manager came outside to push the car but the manager got it working without the push! Cant thank them enough, they came out to help even when it was busy!
