It says in bright red Neon ORDER. You will be told by a short grumpy troll-like fellow that you can't... tou have to use the terminals. Then with no please, thank you, smile, or any words other then your order number, your food will be shoved towards you. If you're really really hungry ... yes, otherwise ... walk on by.

24th January afternoon around 4:30pm, I attended the Burger King in Cheltenham and ordered a Big King Double Royale Meal. To my surprise the sandwich came out with nothing else other than the two chicken patties. Took it back to get it replaced, and after a long time of waiting the woman who served me apologized to the team since they were 'busy' (no one else was there to be served apart from a delivery driver who already waited 15 minutes). Ordered online for two children's meals of hamburger fries and fruit drink,beefburger ,fries and a orange drink. Courier delivered 20 cheese/chilli melts,BBQ burger,two large portions of fries and a Dr Pepper. I rang up to enquire that I received wrong order. Someone I spoke to,suggested that I go in town to collect a replacement order.
