My grandson ordered the savour cheeseburger meal for £4.89p on the app. Was told by a very rude server it was £5.01p which to me is very odd. He only had £5.00 and the server said no you need the 1 penny Really. I tried ringing the manager but nobody answered. This server was extremely rude it was a man. Unfortunately my grandson had to walk away without the burger. All because he didn't have the 1p. Disgraceful

Mostly the staff I have dealt with have been very pleasant, so no complaints about that. It was a very busy lunchtime when I last went (Sunday, 28th), & I was left waiting at the window for quite a few minutes for two drinks, but as it was busy it was understandable. However, when I took a sip of my Sprite (unfortunately a few miles away) it was only soda water. Over £2 for basically fizzy water. My recent visit to this McDonald's was extremely disappointing being a Saturday night. The overall standard of cleanliness, food quality, and customer service was well below what I would expect from the brand. I ordered a Big Arch, which was served cold. My banana milkshake was incorrect and appeared to be a strawberry/vanilla mix of flavours in the same cup. When it was taken back, the guy didnt even acknowledge what the issue was which did not inspire confidence that the issue had been properly addressed. However the issue was resolved. For take away and delivery basis and sometimes dining in. The food is just thrown together and comes cold and tastes stale. The milkshakes dont taste like the milkshake we have chosen and hardly has any flavour at all. I would rather go the extra 20 minutes or wait an extra 15 minutes for delivery from another branch.
