Very disappointing experience at Pizza Express from start to finish. We were left waiting to be seated for quite a while despite multiple staff members clearly seeing us and making eye contact. Once seated, the atmosphere among staff felt awkward and unprofessional, with colleagues shouting across tables rather than communicating properly. Unfortunately, our food order was incorrect as our pizza arrived with meat on it despite us specifically requesting it without. A really kind warm welcome as soon as you enter the door from Jamie. Dough balls and pizza come out warm and was super delicious! Artiom the chef is lovely. And our waiter Ty was extremely kind. Would definitely recommend, the food is delicious! And service is brilliant!

I recieved tiny burnt dough balls, biscoff cheesecake without the biscoff biscuits. The food was cold and the pizza was really oily. I ordered off deliveroo. You cannot advertise items and send something different to customers, that's a breach of the consumers rights act. Food was massively overpriced too! £9.25 for cheesecake!

We came in at 12:15 on a Saturday, we had a few kids meals and 4 adult meals. The server was really curteous and the restaurant itself is bright and modern. That was where the good stopped. 1 hour later - at 13:20 we got burnt uneven dough balls. Look at the picture attached - they aren’t even and the edges are burnt. We waited for mains for another 45 mins leaving eventually at 15:30. Pizzas were burnt, no one came to check if we needed anything. Zero hygiene in the kitchen, “chefs” weren’t washing their hands, what looked like a teenager was “chopping” dough. 3 hours of some quick pizzas is
