I’ve tried Zizzi in other branches before and I actually really like the brand, the offers, and the dishes. That’s why this experience was especially disappointing. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but if the service is going to suffer to this extent, then capacity should be managed better or additional staff should be scheduled. We also visited this branch recently and had another poor service experience then too, so after a second disappointing visit, I wanted to share this feedback. Great visit in Chichester. Great service, was given pasta crisps and hot chocolate in the house and our food was chosen off the speciality menu, my dish was new and was so delicious, Stufato, broad been, harrisa spicy dish in a dough bowl. Really really good, very tasty and filling. Great value, fabulous food.

Came hear for lunch with my friends and service was quick and they were all friendly, we were served some pasta chips which were Devine then our order was taken and within seconds the drinks arrived and took about 10 minutes for the food to arrive which was very fast considering it was quite busy would definitely recommend and loved the shot of hot chocolate.
