Food is good, but service seems to vary drastically depending on who is working. This morning my order was marked as ready to collect, and then moved straight to collected. I had to wait a further 5 mins as the order wasn’t actually ready at all, they were just clearing their screens to make their stats look better. As someone with 7 years previous experience in Mcdonads management I am well aware of the “tricks” used by different restaurants to fudge their figures, but these should NEVER be to the detriment of the customer experience.

When Needed★

I don't think I ordered the wrong food. Someone doesn't know how to read. If your going to employ workers can they know hot to read first. Basically don't order online to deliver to your house. It's very risky and the drivers don't and have never cared. I won't ever eat with them again after wasting my money.

I am writing to formally raise a serious and alarming complaint regarding my recent visit to McDonald's Chingford Foundation branch. I waited approximately one hour for my order. When I approached staff to politely enquire about the delay, I was met with rude and unprofessional behaviour. While waiting, I overheard members of staff talking among themselves, stating that they would spit in my food. I clearly heard them say that if I continued to complain, they would keep doing this. This is my local drive though and they have missed an item off my order 3 times now. Very disappointed. Once came home with no chips... then with another order no 6 nuggets and now they totally missed out my Mc Crispy burger. This is very annoying. I keep telly myself to check the order before leaving but for some reason leaving to get home to enjoy my order hot then to find a half meal. Order 27 not happy.
