I’d like to give a special shout out to your team in Chippenham. The young members of the team were outstanding at the weekend! Working so hard and with a smile on their face. The blonde haired young man at the till was so friendly and helpful, even though clearly rushed off his feet. There was a dark haired young girl, who is a real credit to your team and should be praised! Taking the food order, was so kind and polite. When serving our food at the table, was again friendly and kind. Wishing us a lovely day and hoped we enjoyed our food . Even my 5 year old granddaughter said how lovely she

Boswells is a great staple for lunch, with Yate branch being my favourite. But the staff at Chippenham were doing great today in spite of a large number of visitors that threatened to overwhelm a small space. My only criticism is that, with the constantly opening door to the rear car park, the place is freezing - it’s like eating outside which isn’t recommended in November. As we had to wait 20 minutes for our order due to the large numbers we were chilled to the bone. Would it be impossible to have electric patio heaters??? Surely a small expense to keep customers happy.

Slow service and the supervisor has attitude Olivia. Tables are very small and it's not very clean ie tables are dirty. The portion sizes are a joke worst cafe ever if you want decent food go to spoons or another cafe.
