Ordered 2 quarter pound with cheese meals, 1 with vanilla milkshake and 1 with strawberry milkshake. Got 2 chocolate milkshakes instead, very very disappointed as it’s a hot day and was really looking forward to my strawberry milkshake! How can you get it so wrong even with the order on the milkshake?!?

Poor poor quality for somewhere that has just had a refurb the food we had delivered was terrible it was freezing cold like its just been taken out of the fridge 1 portion of chips didnt even have a portion in it and it took 57 minutes to be delivered. Poor experience for a treat requested by the kids we haven't had one for a few months and thought it would be nice instead just a disappointment.

I just want to preface and say the staff here are really nice, so there’s nothing wrong in my opinion about that part of the experience. However, I came in here a few days ago. I usually use the drive thru or the click and serve option, so was not previously aware of this issue. But using the toilet facilities, I was absolutely appalled. The smell of sewage is overpowering. Looking at other past reviews, I can’t believe this issue still hasn’t been resolved. The floor was also incredibly slippery in the bathroom floors. There was a sign, but I wouldn’t have been able to use the facilities had

Used drive through, staff were both polite and attentive. My order arrived swiftly and well presented. However the big arch was massively salty almost to the point of being inedible. Ate it anyway as that was my lunch money for this shift gone, - hoping it's a one off but I'm unlikely to come back.
