This was my first time visiting this branch, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to my expectations. I’ve been to the Forge location before, and the experience there was much better. The service here was good, and the staff were polite, but the food was disappointing. It didn’t taste fresh, and I honestly didn’t feel comfortable finishing my meal. The quality just didn’t seem the same as what I’m used to from the other branch. The atmosphere also felt different and not as inviting. Dessert options were poor as well, and I was surprised there wasn’t an ice cream machine like at the Forge loc

We arrived looking forward to a nice meal and In that respect we weren't disappointed. The food was lovely and the staff were nice. That was unfortunately undermined by the general state of disrepair, in certain areas there was duck tape holding corners of the walls together and the toilet was something to behold. The sink was being held on by shear will power and the boxed in area holding the sink was coming away from itself and it was freezing and the hand warmers just blew cold air. I think with a little investment a lick of paint and some joinery repairs this could be a great place until

. This was my first visit to this buffet restaurant and, unfortunately, it will also be my last. The overall experience was extremely disappointing. There was a noticeable language barrier with staff, making communication difficult throughout our visit. Much of the food appeared stale and was not being stored or covered correctly, which raised serious concerns about food hygiene and safety. The cleanliness of the venue was also poor. We visited on 26th November. I really hate leaving bad reviews but I can't not on this occasion. We had some starters which was popcorn chicken and chicken wings. They were very dry and especially the popcorn chicken which were inedible. I thought it was just a bad choice. We then had a slice of pizza and some macaroni. The pizza wasnt too bad but I he macaroni was very greasy. To be honest, when I got home I was very ill. Our bill was £50 for 2 small.plates of food as that was all we could stomach. Afraid to say we won't be returning.
