Nestled in the heart of Colchester, this cafe offers excellent coffee and a diverse selection of other intriguing drinks and food including a white chocolate matcha latte. Ordering is done via a screen which can feel a bit impersonal but there’s lots of seating and a loo on site.

I’ve tried black sheep coffee in Chelmsford, Edinburgh and London and now Colchester it’s a great chain! The atmosphere is trendy and welcoming, making it a nice place to catch up with friends or get some work done. The staff were friendly and efficient, although the service was slightly slower during a busy period but that’s to be expected with a popular spot like this.
