Tim Hortons Dunfermline disappoints. The food feels nothing like Canada. The service feels ok. The toilets look dirty. Tissues cover the floor. The soap dispenser sits empty. This place needs better standards. Such a shame.

This place was a huge disappointment. We waited nearly half an hour for just four items a burger, a wrap, chicken tenders, and a donut. The place was empty, so there was really no reason for such a long delay. When we finally received our order, one item was still missing. On top of that, the staff member had a very hard time understanding what I was asking when I mentioned that the donut had been forgotten. The toilets were also quite disgusting and didn’t even have toilet paper. For the amount of money you pay, I would expect much better service and food quality. I definitely won’t be c

We used to be regular breakfast customers to this branch of Tim's. Was a big fan of the grilled ham & cheese breakfast until today 😕 The bread had changed , its smaller slices and dry. There is only one kind of cheese and not two as before. The cheese used to cover the bread surface and the top surface, now a blob in the middle leaving the bread to dry out. The ham portion is also half the amount it used to be... so disappointing. The hash browns are now a lot thinner too. Seems like the end of an era for us, not worth the visit or price, I can and have made better at home and in our campe

Like most Tim Hortons - if you've been to one you know what to expect. Good location on the retail park. Large amount of seating, relatively clean and tidy. Ordering through the digital screen is encouraged but can also order at the till if you prefer. Good coffee and food selection.
