It was out first time trying a Burgerism and staff were incredible, food was super fast and the product was decent, however all of us thought it was lacking of sauce in the burger. The sauces you can buy are great and quite unique. Staff were also helpful and friendly, asking us what we would like to eat first before taking the order to ensure the fastest time to hand us out food which was great.

Really disappointed with my recent order from the Denton branch. Whoever is cooking the chicken seriously needs proper culinary training — I’ve never seen chicken burnt from the inside like this before. It tasted like an old reheated chicken breast that had been thrown back into the fryer and burnt to a crisp. Completely inedible. I called to complain and was only refunded for the burger, so in the end I travelled 15–20 minutes for an overpriced can of Coke and a dip. Unreal. I’ve never had these issues with the Salford branch, which is always spot on.

What a little gem this place is. I love stumbling on a new food place that I know will become a new fave. Me and my boyfriend mid eating both turned to each other and said this is our new go to spot. The absolute care the staff have is so rare these days. The wrapping, the little notes, “enjoy!” And the little sweets for after were such a treat. This was my first time trying burgerism, and i was blown away. We ordered the bundle for two, which comes with two burgers, two portions of fries, chicken wings, two drinks, two dips, and a dessert. An incredible deal! The burgers are so good here, as are the chicken wings. I was really impressed and can’t wait to come back again! The brownie was incredible. I highly highly recommend it. The best brownie I have ever had.
