Made delivery order through the app and was missing a burger. Driver said he would come back but didn't, as they dont care aslong as they get paid. McDonald's app bot was absolutely useless so rang the branch. Branch said they couldn't do anything about it and I should use the McDonald's app bot ( had already tried for 30mins and got no where). So basically left short of food and out of pocket. A local takeaway would resolve this issue straight away, but a world wide brand like McDonald's can't do anything about it. Absolute joke. Staff dont care either as one of them put the phone down on me.

This place was not up to McDonald's usual high standard. Perhaps I missed something but I saw no savoury condiments available. The pumps seemed to be empty and I saw no loose savoury condiments. At the end of the meal all recycling facilities seemed to be taped closed and everything was pushed into one bin which was emptied regularly. The restaurant was extremely busy but the staff seemed to be coping well apart from the recycling which was no fault of theirs. The meal was up to McDonald's usual standard, it is not the ritz and doesn't pretend to be.
