She'd remembered a short conversation we'd had a few days earlier, completely unprompted. It's exactly the kind of personal touch that turns a coffee run into something genuinely pleasant. On top of that, she was warm, attentive, and made the whole experience feel effortless. Rasifa is a real asset to your team. Please pass on my thanks, she absolutely deserves the recognition.

Been here many times even when super busy but unfortunately today 1 star for service and 1 star for the free babycinno . The two team members seemed quite distant and you couldn't see that starbucks cohesion when working together . Didnt even acknowledge a thankyou from a 2year old.
