It's exactly the kind of personal touch that turns a coffee run into something genuinely pleasant. On top of that, she was warm, attentive, and made the whole experience feel effortless. What seemed to be a relatively quiet morning in edgware approx 9.15am turned into a very long wait for service an drinks at this branch. Been here many times even when super busy but unfortunately today 1 star for service and 1 star for the free babycinno . The two team members seemed quite distant and you couldn't see that starbucks cohesion when working together . Didnt even acknowledge a thankyou from a 2year old.
