Dropped in to get a breakfast combo. Ordered at an electronic terminal and waited for the order. Took longer than expected. Service was mediocre. Coffee was likely the worst coffee I’ve ever had. Brown water with milk and sugar. Cheese omelette sandwich was ok but the hash brown bites were soggy and gross. Not recommended. No wonder it was empty, I guess regulars knew better.

I am never going back to burger king again. Flame grilled? Burnt to a cinder. All I could taste was charcoal and that's being polite. You market yourself as being a step above McDonalds. Based on this give me a cheap glutinous patty every day of the week from them.

I ordered the Chicken Royale Double regular meal using the self service screen and specified no mayo. After I received the order I went to board my train. After I sat down and opened my food I found that not only had they put mayo in it after I specifically requested not to, they also added 2 slices of American cheese which aren’t even included by default for this menu item, AND they only put 1 chicken patty in. I didn’t have time to go back and get it corrected before my train departed. This is terrible service and I expect a full refund at the bare minimum.

Me and my family visited burger king at waverley station two days ago and had a really lovely experience. There was an indian girl working there who noticed my dad was struggling with the language, and she kindly spoke to him in our language which made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. the food served fresh, hot and crispy, and our whole family loved it. My dad especially remembered her kindness and kept telling me to leave a review for her. when my dad offered her a tip for her excellent service, she politely refused and instead asked us to leave a review because of company rules. we rea
