The atmosphere is so good, I really like the vibe of this cafe and the drinks and at the middle of the town center, they are always introducing new flavors and stuffs which is really a great way for a person like me who likes to try new things and i really liked the strawberry refreshments and the cream bun it was super yummy.

I recently visited Café Nero in Epsom and unfortunately had a very bad experience. The chairs and the food are actually very nice, which makes the rest of the experience even more disappointing. While I was waiting in the queue to place my order, I noticed staff giving free coffee to some people while others of us were waiting and working hard to pay for ours. This felt unfair and unprofessional. The service was extremely slow, and the cleanliness of the coffee shop was poor. Tables and the general area looked dirty and clearly needed attention. Overall, the place feels like it needs a change

Staff were rude, dismissive and generally unpleasant. Felt especially sorry for the trainee barista who was just trying to do her job whilst the other staff behind the counter behaved like primary school kids. Poor atmosphere and poor customer service overall.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a lovely experience at Café Nero in Epsom on Saturday 18th April, thanks to Lily and Katie. Their customer service was absolutely outstanding—both were warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive from the moment I walked in. They handled everything with such professionalism while still making me feel welcome and valued as a customer. It’s clear they really care about what they do, and it made all the difference to my visit. A big thank you to Lily and Katie for going above and beyond—I'll definitely be coming back!
