It was a very disappointing visit. Nothing about the experience met expectations. The cleanliness was poor, with spider webs clearly visible in the toilets and no soap available. The service was equally disappointing. The staff member taking our order was unfriendly, did not greet us with a smile, and struggled to handle a simple customization request correctly. After all that, I was at least hoping the food would be good, but it was not. I specifically asked for extra sauce on my peri-peri chicken, yet there was hardly any sauce on it. I ordered off Uber Eats and had an issue with my order where a whole meal did not turn up. I rang the restaurant and explained my situation and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone politely asked me to make the smallest order I could on Uber Eats so they could resend my whole order. for the mixup, they sent me an extra chicken wing and chicken strip and all portions of fries had a generous amount. overall, I am extremely happy with my experience and the way this issue was solved.

Worst Chicken biriyani I have ever had on Pepe’ Chingford branch . Too much salty chicken on top of the rice that are only just boiled with turmeric powder which was smelly . Price was ok. I would be more happy to pay more with a good food.

Really good, tasty food. Reasonably priced. The chicken is grilled and very flavoursome. Lots of choices for roce and vegetables too. Staff are friendly, our orders are always perfect, and the place is always generally clean. Good spice levels too! Favourite fast food chain by far!
