We got there and the ma ch ine in the drive threw was being wierd so we had to wait for a few minutes before it was finally someone taking our order just to get to the payment and they mussed out something on our order. We got to the collection window and they hand me the wrong drink so we politely tell them and they look at us like we're stupid before finding the right drink which I doubt was made right as it was supposed to be a raspberry sprite but tasted like sparkling water with mabey a tiny bit of flavour but it's overall just bitter. Like honestly they are probably one of the worst food

I hate it when they chuck the order on the bench and look at you like dirt.What is it with the attitude when people pay good money and expect a far better service than they are getting. Then I got to my car only to find...they couldn't even get a simple order right 🫣.No concentration clearly and certainly no respect! So.....I came back today March 20th.Ordered Mcrispy chicken meàl....I received a chicken fillet in a bun 🤬it was absolutely s****.The chips were tasteless and not salted either.I would have thought a company world wide and for the amount of years it's being going there would be

First time here and thankfully I checked my order as they had got it wrong. I had read previous reviews and it seems it's not just me. Come on guys you're a multinational outfit and your attention to detail should be better. Management should take note and retrain where appropriate.

Parked up and waited 20 mins for a double sausage & egg mc muffin absolute joke wasn't even fresh when I opened it bone dry and burnt 🤢
