This is more of a suggestion to improve customer service and is more aimed at the manager. I’ve been getting chicken from this franchise since its opening in Finchley and have always been satisfied. Clearly, something has prompted me to write this as I have never had a problem. Today, I ordered half a chicken, but gradually found it to be raw and difficult to eat. When I complained, I was told that the chicken was actually cooked properly. Though I was offered to be made another one, I was told that it would turn out the same anyway. Ordered an Extra Hot prime pitta. They did not even make that for me instead served me just a plain tasteless chicken in the pitta. When I asked staff at the till what did he serve me and showed him the burger. It had no sauce on the chicken and was DRY! He asked the chef at the back was it extra hot he made? Chef guy didn’t even care and wasn’t bothered the slightest!! I was TOLD since I wanted it extra hot to just add the extra hot sauce in the tub and they were going to hand me that! I was shocked! The app is awful to order, had to walk in, the food was Okey, they charged for a bit of piri piri salt 50p and then I go to my car to eat and there's hardly any very disappointed, if you get charged they should make an effort to actually give u the things u paid for
