I have always liked pizza express as it offers great food for gluten free, however recently i have noticed that ordering online through the website or other services like deliveroo, the quality has not been so good. The pizza has a lot of tomato sauce on it, to a point where i added on extra mozzarella for £2 something and it wasn’t added on. I’m not sure if it’s just because of the online service but greatly disappointing when i’ve spent extra money to not receive what i would like. The pizza still tasted good and the doughballs were excellent, just a slight shame. Edit: After ordering again

Lovely place for a spot of lunch with family. Tammy the lady that served us was absolutely fantastic! We had our two year old son with us and she was brilliant with him, even bought out a pizzia for him to make! Honestly this lady deserves a pay rise. Will definitely be returning. We had a family lunch together for my wife’s birthday and we served by a lovely waitress called Bri ! We were greeted really well, friendly with a smile and helped to our table straight way ! Our order was taken for our meals dough balls and our drinks order was taken so efficiently, she was very professional and nothing was to much bother ! Bri was amazing ! Well done to her and she is a credit to your firm !

I have always been a fan of Pizza Express, but my recent visit to the Fleet branch was a huge disappointment. The service was incredibly rushed—staff pushed us to order within minutes of sitting down and interrupted us about five times to ask about drinks and starters (like olives) before we even had a chance to read the menu. Feeling pressured, I just had to pick my pizza in a hurry. To make matters worse, the food quality was poor: my pizza was burnt, and the pasta was served cold. Very unfriendly atmosphere and definitely not the standard I expect.
