Save your money horrible place & looking into the set up it looks a bit dodgey. Nobody about to check you in,door was locked up & Lights all off like nobody’s there,or they’re dodging someone. Had to wait almost a hour to get inside as phone lines were engaged the whole time & when we finally got in it seemed like we was in the way and she couldn’t be bothered (miserable customer service very dismissive) ..The rooms are by far out dated & in need of a good refurbish it’s shocking. they take non refundable payment from account then 2 days later cancel with no mention of a refund. had to waste 3 hours trying to get hold of them and agoda. no replies to emails, calls, voicemails, texts, whatsapp. left a full complaint with 3rd party.

Reception not maned, very very limited bar, most drinks not available, no access to lounge or any areas in the morning & no one around, bedroom ok, bit shabby, bathroom needed a good clean and almost no toilet paper… No more available 😳…. Wouldn’t stay again 😏

Not worth the money. Reception closed almost the whole day. I stayed there three nights: no housekeeping during the stay. Room was very warm, but a fan wasn't available. Toilet not working properly and also the blinds for the windows not. Only positive was the location.
