The customer service is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. The coffee is nice and reasonably priced, which makes it a good place to stop for a quick drink. However, there is room for improvement when it comes to cleanliness, as the café could be better maintained.

I love Caffè Nero, but the tables at this branch are often dirty. I usually use my own wet wipes, but this time the table was so messy that dry tissues weren't enough. I kindly asked the barista if I could use their cleaning spray and a cloth to do it myself, but he refused for health and safety reasons. He told me he’d get to it when he had time, but then he began cleaning other tables while ignoring mine, claiming he was too busy and working alone. I eventually had to move because of his poor attitude and the unhygienic environment

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a Strawberry White Chocolate Milkshake, but what I received was basically a glass full of ice with a little strawberry syrup on top—hardly any milk or actual milkshake. On top of that, the staff member who served me seemed completely uninterested, didn’t greet or smile, and acted like he didn’t want to serve customers. Really frustrating service and poor quality. Definitely not what I expected from Caffè Nero. 😤

I’ve been coming to the Harrow Caffè Nero for many years, and one of the main reasons I keep coming back is Azmina. She is always so warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, she makes every visit feel personal. The best part is that I don’t even need to tell her my order anymore. She just smiles and says “usual?” and somehow my flat white is perfect every single time.
