Hard to tell. It s a hit and miss. One day they are short of staff, other day seems to be ok. Staff s friendly otherwise. Can be a long queue for your Speciality coffee as staff s not well-trained on this. Overall not a bad nor good experience. Try your luck.

Small but pleasant cafe. Coffee and other soft drinks only but well made and presented. Some hot food but mostly sandwiches and cakes etc. Service was slow as we waited 10 minutes in a queue to get our order but everything is made to order.

Consistently disappointing experience. This Café Nero is always noticeably dirty, with slow and uninterested staff. We arrived at 4:50pm on Sunday to order a coffee and a toasted sandwich. There were five people in the queue, one member of staff serving, while another member of staff was wasting time unloading two spoons from the dishwasher instead of helping. When we reached the counter, we were told the oven had already been turned off. When I questioned this given the café closes at 6pm, not 5pm I was told it had been switched off and cleaned down already. As a result, we left without pu
