I enjoy visiting caffe nero, the atmosphere is relaxing, it is a lovely place to take a break and enjoy a good coffee. I especially love the iced flat white, always satisfying. The cafe feels comfortable. A very nice place in Harrogate for coffee.

Came in lunch time. The girl serving was on her own behind the counter. It wasn't her shop she volunteered to work there as they were short staffed...as in no staff apart from trainee cleaning tables. The queue was to the door the whole time I was there. She managed to do the job of 3 batistas with laughter chat and sped. Never ever been in a coffee shop with such a star employee. 10/10

I visit daily, often more than once and the team are absolutely amazing. However, there is a clear lack of care for the teams welfare from higher up in the company. They are often working from open to close, they are all clearly exhausted. They need more staff desperately and yet nothing is being advertised. I’ve seen good people leave multiple times over the last 6 months and it’s so sad to see.

This place is fantastic with lovely staff who remember their loyal customers. The only problem that more often than not, you get a team of runners who pile in together, sweaty, loud, inconsiderate and who order really faffy drinks with oat milk and take all the chairs and pretty much just make the place look untidy. They should be banned or at least ask to go home and take a shower first
