Avoid this place at all costs. I ordered and paid £21.35 for an extra large 13'' pizza and a halloumi sharer for collection on Justeat to celebrate my wife's wedding anniversary which was apparently ready for collection for 5pm with the expectation that it would be fresh and 'hot' Wow was I wrong. Why? My order - 789084836 apparently didn't show up on their system so they had to get the manager who very rudely took my phone off my hand to look, and didn't even have any sympathy or apology for my apparent missing order. He told me that it would be ready made fresh within 15-20 minutes. So I

Perfect Birthday Celebration! I hadn't been to PizzaExpress in years, but we went on a Monday night for a friend’s birthday, and it was absolutely fantastic! The food was incredible—the mushroom pizza on their classic thin base was so delicious. What really made the night, though, was the wonderful service. The waiting staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make it a really special birthday meal for our friend. I would definitely recommend PizzaExpress for a great evening meal out, and I’ll absolutely be going back soon!

Dropped in on a busy bank holiday Monday. We were seated quickly and looked after by Sarah. Outstanding service nothing was too much trouble, there was a family of three next to us and a spillage occurred, Sarah effortlessly assisted them whilst never missing a beat with us. The food was good, both of us had pizzas and we shared a Halloumi starter, we have been previously and the food was excellent so we did notice a slight difference this time - however it was a very busy bank holiday. Still value for money. The service definitely outshone the food this visit but we will be back.
