I've given one star and that is very generous considering the service we received. We ordered food and used the order and park option. We waited 20 minutes whilst Uber Eat and Deliveroo drivers were constantly collecting and coming out again. We finally got our order (no apology with how long it took etc) which was pathetic. The food was cold, burgers looked like they'd been thrown together and sat on, the fries were soggy and the Mcflurry was like milk. The order had clearly sat waiting for some time for someone to bring it out to us. We've said this several times but this was definitely the

Ordered through UberEats, only thing that arrived to my place was a drink because the delivery driver wasn't given another bag, the bag with my food. But hey, at least I spent 30 quid for a festive drink. Nice one.

I’ve been to a few drive thu McDonald’s in my time, but never, have I been more impressed with the level of service I received at the McDonald in Hucknall, from placing the order, paying, and collecting my order, I was greeted with nothing other then kindness and smiles from the staff, I’ve never known such amazing service from any fast food establishment, and my one regret , is I didn’t get the names of the staff made my visit such a memorable one. I only wish I knew the names of the staff I dealt with , cos they really do deserve a personal shout out. My visit was on the 28th of march. At ar
