Deliveroo driver ‘Akshay’ completely ruined our order by messing around for half an hour and then delivered us the wrong food which was cold. I asked McDonald’s to help me and the team were so lovely and replaced the whole meal. I believe the manager on shift was called Leisha? She was really great, we really appreciated your kindness and prompt service!!

Ate in at McDonald's and it felt like a luxury hotel designed entirely by chaos. Waited so long for my food I had time to reflect, grow, and consider a career change. Sat down for a peaceful meal and immediately got front row seats to a toddler sprinting laps around the tables. My burger was flatter than my motivation, the fries were warm in spirit only, and the table was sticky enough to keep my phone hostage. The drink machine somehow gave me a drink with no ice and no hope, while the whole place sounded like a live concert of beeping machines and regret.

Yesterday, I ordered a Big Mac meal and a brownie. I received the meal, but the brownie was not included in my order. I decided to go up to the counter myself (I assume it was the manager, because the lady was wearing a black uniform), showed her my receipt, and asked her to add the missing dessert. She said, "Okay," walked away, and never came back. After waiting for 10 minutes, I had to leave the restaurant, as I realised there was no point in continuing to try to get the goods I had already PAID for, especially since other people were receiving their orders and the other employees were igno

I ordered food today and I opened my Big Mac to check If they actually did take off the things I disliked and I found like paper/plastic strips in my burger. Never really the one to complain. But this is not ok
