This has become our regular Costa on the way to the workshop and, if we’re honest, it’s the staff that keep us coming back. Zac knows our order off by heart now, which sounds like a small thing, but it genuinely makes your morning when somebody recognises you before you’ve even said what you’re having. Niamh and Meg are always just as lovely and it’s become a bit of a running joke that the team seem determined to remember our order. The whole team are always friendly and welcoming, and it feels less like popping into a coffee shop and more like checking in on friends. That’s a lovely feelin

The ladies were run off their feet but still made great drinks and were incredibly friendly. I was there for some time and the queues and drive thru was unrelenting. They remained very professional and customer focused throughout. (Sunday 31/5/26 at 4pm)

Listed as open, lights on and staff in the coffee shop...yet door locked and blank starts given when I was eventually able to catch someones eye. Not even a cursory "sorry we're closed" shake of the head. No sign on the door giving any explanation and the Costa App still showed the store as open. If staying open for custom until 8pm is too much of a stretch, listing opening hours should be changed to let people know. It would have saved my daughter a lot of disappointment and the car needn't have wasted petrol.

Sometimes you just have to appreciate great service, all of the staff had a wonderful smile and energy when serving customers, interacting with my son and just generally nice people It makes a change from taking orders and no even a smile
