Disappointed that our order was wrong. Was a very large order but...... Food was cold. Lady who served at till was quite rude. Lady who fixed the mistake was amazing and helpful, my receipt was taken away so they could fix the order but was not returned to me

I can't believe how dirty this seating area is, just unbelievable! You never find a clean table nor seats, I don't think they ever wipe the tables! But the floor was so unacceptably dirty, it felt like sitting in a dumping yard to eat. No customers should be treated like this, specially cafe, where you go to eat!! Staff should make sure each and every table is clean all the time but here nobody bothered!! Customers normally clean the table before they sit, just unacceptable!!

As soon as we stepped into the shop we were harassed by the security guard( he is very intimidating) he denied us entry to the cafe and pressured us into buying the food, didn’t even let us sit down. My friend is financially struggling and was asked to leave as he couldn’t afford any food. The manager was rude to us and said we are not aloud to be in this cafe. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

We were treated like peasants as we entered the cafe. The disrespectful security guard invaded my personal space while I was trying to eat. DONT RECOMMEND!!!!
