Popped in for a quick stop, but it ended up being anything but quick. From joining the queue to finally receiving our order, it was over 10 minutes — and all we’d ordered was two lattes, a bottle of Coke Zero, and three cookies. For such a small order, that wait time really isn’t impressive. Queueing was its own adventure. Some customers clearly hadn’t grasped the concept, and the person ahead of us paid in loose change.
