Must say a far better experience against other Costa coffees. I usually make an effort to avoid them. But i thought to give another go in a local branch. Not a long wait which is always nice. Very helpful staff,that actually looked like they enjoyed the job. Food and drink selection is very good, espically as I need to avoid lactose. We all dined in and must say it is kept very clean and gave us a pleasant experience hence the 5 stars. Very well done!

There must be something in the air at the Grovebury Retail Park as the staff in all the stores are excellent and Costa is no exception. They are friendly, helpful and genuinely seem happy to be there! Cafe is clean, drinks are good, great atmosphere!
