“Dreadful service, staff and atmosphere.”

Ordered via the app to collect, hoping it would be ready by the time we arrived- it wasn't; Waiting another 20 minutes, no sense of urgency at all, food ended up being cold so must of been sat there for a while but too busy prioritising the drive thru. Service is an absolute joke.

visited the drive thru of this store on 10/05/2026 at 11:40. For a company as big as McDonald’s, you’d expect orders to be checked properly before being handed out. I got all the way home only to realise that half of the order was missing. I then had to drive all the way back to the store and requested that the full order be replaced, as the original food would obviously have been cold by the time I’d driven back and forth sorting the issue out. To make matters worse, I was then greeted by a very rude and arrogant manager who stated, “I’LL DECIDE WHAT YOU GET.” I’d strongly suggest anyone v

Ordered 2 large big mac meals using the app. I used the click & collect service. Waited just over 5 minutes. Once I got home one of the fries wasn't large size when I took it out of the bag. Not had McDonald's in ages but the big mac is very tiny. I tried to contact McDonald’s on the phone several times on the day and no one answered

I ordered a takeaway, with 4 items on it and they forgot one of them. Every single time I order from here they mess up the order. I used to work at a McDonalds. It’s not that difficult to put 4 items in a bag. If I could, I would put minus stars. They’re also rubbish at giving refunds. If you can, go to literally any other McDonalds.
