Visited this branch of Costa on Sunday,it was about midday and not very busy with quite a few vacant tables. I had cause to visit the disabled toilet I could not believe the state of the facility The floor was soaking wet with tissue paper strewn over it there was also a sticky substance which I presume was soap?how that got on floor I don't know ,it was slippy and dangerous to be honest especially when I have mobility issues and very unsteady on my feet. I had no choice but to use the toilet which was far from clean. I presume these toilets are check regularly but the state this was in ,t had

I had a disappointing experience at Costa Coffee due to the attitude and lack of basic customer service from two staff members. I politely asked for the WiFi code, and instead of receiving help, I was met with a dismissive and unhelpful response. I was told “maybe the WiFi is down,” yet the real issue was that the password provided simply did not work. There was no effort to properly check, assist, or resolve the issue—just poor attitude and a lack of professionalism. Small selection of cakes bit it was 3pm on a Saturday afternoon.Quite busy people waiting to sit and tables waiting to be cleaned for people to sit at. We sat at a dirty table and asked for it to be cleaned. Are dogs allowed in Costa shops? One smiley member of staff out of the 4 we saw...some improvement needed

This is a great place to go for a light snack and a drink. The staff member, Scott, was super friendly and helpful, he deserves to be CEO with the way he always greets me with a smile and positive energy. The food and drink from this place is always warm and delicious. I shall certainly be returning here again :)
