Had an amazing experience at Pepe's Piri Piri! The food was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked chicken with just the right amount of spice and flavour. The portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. A special shoutout to manager Saeed, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and to Samir for his friendly and attentive service. They truly made the visit memorable! Ordered food today — and honestly, hats off 👏 The food? Amazing. The service is not so impressive… I’m a regular customer, which makes this even more disappointing. Waited around 2 hours, then the Just Eat app confidently told me my food had been delivered. Interesting… because it definitely hadn’t. Tried calling the restaurant about 20 times — clearly, answering the phone isn’t part of the experience. If the goal was to test my patience instead of delivering food, then 10/10. Mission accomplished. Safe to say, I won’t be ordering again. Highly not recommended.
