“Great service, fast table service”

Awful experience from start to finish. I took my daughter out for something to eat, just some simple father-daughter time, and it turned into a frustrating ordeal. When we walked in, nearly all the tables were covered in rubbish. I ended up clearing a table myself just so we could sit down. We ordered using the app at the table, and after about 15 minutes, some of the food arrived—but not all of it. The fries we did receive were cold, and both the chicken wrap and the Big Mac were missing. I took the fries back and explained the situation to staff. Another 10 minutes passed, and more fries

2x now have made a drive through order online between 11pm-12am, order has gone through fine on the app, got to the store and drive thru is closed and store is closed. Clearly isn’t open 24h so don’t know why is listed as is, also why can you easily make orders online if they make it impossible to collect them. Clearly am not the only one having this issue as 5 other cars waiting and loads others left. Joke

This is by far the slowest McDonald's I have ever visited. The wait for food was 23 minutes, and the service was extremely sluggish. Even though the restaurant wasn't very busy, the staff seemed disorganized and inefficient. Fast food should be fast, but here it was nothing like that. This happen repeatedly. Also, the new interior design is worse than the previous one, making the overall experience even less pleasant. I would not recommend this location if you're in a hurry.

Ordered My delivery about 40 minutes ago. Delivery driver through Uber was fine, used Mc Delivery through the app. Chips were cold, large chips half full. Older sons burger requested no tomato, onions or lettuce...had all. Younger sons burger stuffed in the happy meal box and half crushed. No serviettes, no straws, poor McDonald's longton very poor. Tried to complain through app but they make it that hard to actually talk to someone I gave up (bet you get alot of complaints then). Anyway frustrating considering it's not all that cheap anymore around £30 spent. Not happy at all.
