Belinda Whatley★★★★★Fancied a late Sunday Roast called into the Ring O'Bells in Loughborough and had beef and all the trimmings it was reasonably quite down the other end of the place away from the sports end. I enjoyed the meal though it could have been slightly better. Then ordered apple pie and custard it was all tasty and satisfying thank you. Staff were very pleasant and service quick
James Fry★Extremely disappointed in virtually every area. However the staff were very polite and friendly, but this was when they had to explain after 20 minutes of ordering a meal it was not available ( this happens) but they had to to this 3 times so after a hour still no food. Tables dirty, seats had massive rips in them . With a burger you get TWO onions rings! Nice old boozer but avoid if you like food.

Opened a tab at the bar and went with a pint of coke, full fat of course and went with the hunters skillet which came with chips and peas on a delightful bed of onion. It was delicious and polished off in no time whatsoever. Went with the biscoff cheesecake for pud and again very tasty, came with a dollop of ice cream and a couple of strawberrys! Cant fault the service, super speedy and the atmosphere in the place was buzzing with the football on the tvs and other par
shelby follows★Absolutely awful customer service. Our table was penalised for having an allergy. We ordered a burger with NO ONION that came with onion on. We tried to send it back as it was an allergy and the server then refused to replace the meal as we didnt disclose the allergy. The burger was ordered with NO ONION to begin with so if the staff had been reading their customisations correctly to begin with We wouldnt be in this position. He then refused a refund for the order as the allergy wasnt disclosed. If they had made the order correctly the first time like they were supposed to I wouldnt be asking
